EVENT: 6th Annual 5K Run/2 Mile Walk to Support Head & Neck Cancer Patient

LOCATION: Century Link Sports Complex at Hammond Stadium, Fort Myers, FL
Event Schedule

7:00 am: Registration opens
8:00 am: 5K Run/2 Mile walk begins
Awards, refreshments and chance drawings to follow the walk.

100% of the funds will remain in Southwest Florida and will be used for Head & Neck cancer screening, treatment and follow-up care, financial assistance for Head & neck cancer patients in need, and for educational programs related to Head & Neck cancer.

Adult Registration: $25.00
Pre-registration available through April 14th. Late fee of $5.00 will apply after that.

Youth Registration (17 & under): $15.00
Pre-registration available through April 14th. Late fee of $5.00 will apply after that.
