Good afternoon,

I'm Monica Lea a Local Community Volunteers worker on the American Red Cross's Hurricane Ian relief operation. This response is our highest-level operation which means that there is a critical need for nurses to assist clients in Central and South Florida. We are specifically looking for volunteers who have LPN or higher licenses to work with us on the operation.

To assist in the recruitment process, we have set up a Health Services specific volunteer portal where individual health workers can sign up at https://www.redcross.org/volunteer/become-a-volunteer/urgent-need-for-volunteers.html. Nurses can access this portal to sign up to work on the operation individually or we can work with you as a partner organization on a more formal basis. Either way, we would appreciate it if you could get the portal link out to your staff.
