Leadership Survey

Posted almost 6 years ago by Arlene Wright

Please consider participating in this survey from the Diversity Council of the Florida Action Coalition  in collaboration with the Florida Center for Nursing.  As a proud supporter of the Florida Center for Nursing and a participant in the Florida Action Coalition FNPN encourages your help.

We are writing to request your participation in an important study being conducted by the Florida Center for Nursing as co-lead of the Florida Action Coalition. The purpose of this study is to gain information regarding leadership interest and competency among nurses across practice levels, diverse backgrounds, and professional settings. As a nurse in the state of Florida, we are asking that you complete the 15-20 minute questionnaire to share your personal opinions and experiences.

To access the survey, please click on the link below (or copy and paste the survey link into your Internet browser).

Your participation in this survey is entirely voluntary and all of your responses will be kept confidential, unless you choose to make yourself available for follow-up.

This research can only be successful with the generous help of people like you, and will contribute to advancing progress toward the Institute of Medicine Recommendations for the Future of Nursing. To be effective, it is critical that we have a strong nursing presence in the state of Florida from bedside to the boardroom.

We appreciate your time and consideration in completing the survey and we hope you will take the opportunity to express your experiences and opinions about the status of nursing leadership in the state of Florida. Should you have any further questions or comments, please feel free to contact the Florida Center for Nursing at
